Expedition door lock help

thanks in advance if someone can help i have a 00 expedition none of the door locks work properly if i push the lock/unlock button and hold it the locks will keep cycling and after pushing a few time the locks won't move or make noise sometimes they will unlock others they won't it sounds like they are not getting power sounding weak i would normally think it's the actuator but i wouldn't think all 5 of them any ideas would be great thanks again

Best to start with testing one of the door locks.

Pull the door panel, and apply power directly to the door lock actuator, and see if it cycles normally.

If it does, move to the next door. You might have a problem with 1 door lock that is causing the cycling with all of them.

Isolating the door locks, and testing each one is a good starting point.

Could also be the door lock switch.

Sounds like all of the door lock actuators are bad. Yes, all four will go bad around the same time. Ford has a updated actuator that has a better quality build.
