1990 F150 Turn Signal Issue

About a week ago my turn signals just stopped working all together. The hazards still flashed but no turn signals, not even on the dash. I replaced the flasher fuse in the fuse box and it did nothing. I also tested the fuse box itself and it's hot. So I replaced the entire signal switch. This still did nothing, I was right back where I started and am out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you TEST any of these parts before removing them? Did you inspect the wiring under the dash? Do you have a Haynes manual or some other source for wiring diagrams?

I tested the flasher fuse before replacing it and got nothing. The switch itself had broken plastic parts falling off of it when I removed the steering wheel. I di not inspect the wiring but I do have a Haynes manual with the with a wiring diagram although that is not something that I am very well versed in.
