1999 f150 supercab Driver's side power window issue

Looking for some advise on a power window issue. Passanger window works from both door controls, but driver's side isn't. When I press the button I hear a clicking noise near the fuse box. Checked the fuse, which is fine. Suggestions??? Motor/Regulator? Short?
