YAAYYY! Got a set of **** Cepek Lights for the truck. It didnt come with an install kit so since I am pretty lost when it comes to electricity Here is what I came up with.

OK, so do these seem about right? What size fuse for 6" 12v 100w lights? Anything I'm missing?:help:

Not real sure if that diagram is meant to show in series or parallel ( the right light in either diagram ).

You want to have a parallel setup on the lights ( else each light gets 50% of the voltage, which will make them dimer )

Yeah is that big square in the middle a relay? Do I need it? It looks like power comes from PL through switch to the relay(PL would have to be turned on?). Can I just hardwire from battery through switch?

I don't think Wade06XLT was taking a shot at anyone. There was no inclusion of a sarcastic emoticon with it, so I think that was sincerity ( IMO )

You are talking about 200 W of light, which at idle would be 15.9 A.

You could find a 20 A switch, which means the contacts would not melt, even using the 80% rule ( 20 A switch, max continual load is 80% or 16 A ). Why risk it, just use the relay.

the power for the switch you can take from anywhere, but just keep in mind if you do direct to the battery, you can leave them on with the truck turned off.
