Anyone with hid's in stock lights?

do the hid's scatter the light or does it do like a regular halogen?

Scatter, there's a lot of dead spots, where very little light is projected. I'm actually taking them out, when the weather warms up, and putting the halogens back in. I'm in the process of retrofitting some HID projectors from an Acura TL into some OE Harley edition headlights. I'll be switching to those when I'm done.

What brand do you have?

I have HID's in the stock housing and the beam is still focused. I've seen people put aftermarket HID's in non projector housings and the scatter is much worse then what it is on my truck. Here are some pics.
