Unhappy Fog Light Problem

Sadly I am the farthest thing from being a good mechanic or electrician so i figured i would ask on here. I have an 05 ford f150 xlt with a 5.4 and i am having a problem with the passenger side fog light as well as the passenger side license plate light. I think it is just a fuse but have no idea as to which one it could be. I swear i pulled out all of them and they were ok, (i will admit that after my fat *** was in the awkward position i was grabing fuses i could have overlooked some.) I know it isn't the bulbs because i checked those. Any help would be grand.

What is the problem ?

It sounds like they are out, but you never said.

Fuse for the fog lamps is common to left and right, so if the left is working, it is not a fuse.
Try taking out the problem side, and sticking a meter on the 2 pins on the bulb connector. If you do not have a meter, you can swap the bulbs ( left <-> Right ) and see if the problem follows the bulb. Remember not to touch the glass on the bulb.

The license plate lamp ( if out ) same thing, Meter (or swap ) them. That is on the fuse with your parking lamps, so probably not the fuse.

If you do not have an owners manual, you can download a pdf version here

Time for a meter. you need to check for ground and power at the bulb connector.
