I've searched thread over thread for this info but am not finding any definitive answers. I'm in the process of converting my crappy STX into something more comfortable. List of wants include:

Power Windows
Power Mirrors
Door panels with switches
"Flow through" center
Carpet
Better seat covering

My questions today concern the power options. I know that the regulators are relatively the same for both power and manual. I also hear tell that cab configuration matters. I've got a regular cab. Which cabs will match up with mine?

Does anybody have any part numbers for the regulators? I can find them all over the place, but no part numbers. My good friend works for Ford so he gets substantial discounts on Ford parts.

Last question - is the wiring in place? Specifically for the mirrors. I imagine I can figure out the windows if I have the switches, but the mirror controls are another story (i'm not worried about turn signals/heat at the moment.) Would I need to purchase/find that section of the wiring harness to hook up to?
