Unhappy fuse panel problem

Hi guys I have a 98 4X4 supercap XLT and I had a bad time with the fuse panel after I left the window open in a rainy night, I got a new fuse panel from dealer and after instalation, all thing were ok, but it just took a few days and the problem came back,no interior ligt, no power window, no 4x4 light, heater stay on after removing the keys, no windshields,
If any body can tell me if is the panel or somthing else also I saw a mechanic he said he can open the panel and clean it up, I dont know if its posible or not, until know spend 500 and still the same place, I checked the fuses seems fine, anybody can help? thanks

you say seems ok but you need to ck with it with a test lite or volt meter ,ck the ing. switch see if it's coming apart then taht could be one of your problems. on the cleaning up the fuse panel it's possable by using electric spray cleaner, try those maybe that will help you good luck I havesome prblems still to fix .

Got Fixed

Thank all you for responding,
I went to dealer and pay 100 for checking the problem, thay said the fuse panel is ok but the instalation, I called the guy who instaled the fuse boxe and told him what happend, he came and open it and re instaled it again
now every thing working good and i hope will be forever.
also to avoid water dameg you can cover the fuse panel with a plastic bag.
