98 4.6L...beeping near fuel pump shut off switch?
hey guys...on my 98 4.6l V8, the car wont turn over...there is beeping when the key is ON coming right from where the "fuel pump shut off switch" is.
(my negative terminal was off for over a week, while i was changing the Intake Manifold gasket)
i also have a Shelby remote car starter installed, but the place that installed it said there is no module in it that wont let the car start.
any help is greatly appreciated

If it's a 5 X5 beeping pattern, it's coming from your airbag module and means the airbag warning lamp in the cluster is burned out. Has nothing to do with starting.
Define your fault: "No Crank" or "Cranks but No Start"
Manual or automatic tranny?
Factory anti-theft system? (has chip in key...). The 98's factory PATS system includes a starter interupt feature. If PATS-equipped, what is your THEFT light doing when you turn the key to RUN?

You have a starting ciruit fault.
Check fuse F21 under the hood.
Here's the schematic: 1998 F150 Starting Circuit.pdf
