Have 2001 f150 xlt with pcm problem. Told by ford it needs to be replaced. Any input on findin a replacement and issues would be greatly appreciated. One question off hand, if I do replace it, will I need to reprogram it?

 

The computer has to be addressed with the trucks serial number and the PATS system has to be programed before the engine will start.
