Like the title says, my stepdad's 03 4.6 F150 56K had radio, wipers, lights, etc only clicked when you turned the key. I traced it down to be the battery connector at the starter corroded completely off. The clicking he heard was prob. the elec. arcing to the solenoid. NE Ohio salted roads, you gotta love them!
