Remote control doesn't work + truck electrical dies completely
 

Hi, 2002 XLT 4.6L 2x4.

My remote entry doesn't work, but here's what happens. Sometimes, and that only happened when using remote entry, if I put the key in the ignition and turn to ON, -everything- electrical in the truck would just DIE.. But then come back in a few seconds. Or sometimes not, but then if I touch the POSITIVE battery connector (which is snug), it would spark and then turn on again.

I stopped using my remote entry, use just keys to open the doors, and everything electrical works fine.

What do these symptoms mean?
