WaterVapor

While driving the appears to be water vapor coming form the air vents. No A/C or heat is on. Any ideas?

Turn on your defroster and don't worry about it.

Just because the HVAC control is set to OFF dosn't mean that all airflow is blocked. Some still makes it through the plenum and the moisture int he air is condensing on your cool windshield.
