2001 F150 headlight relay

Hello all. Can someone please tell me where the headlight relay is on a 2001 F150? I live in a small town and the auto parts store doesn't have any manuals. Any help is greatly appreciated. :-)

What headlamp relay are you refering to ?

There is a DRL relay, but the low and high beams run through the MFS, without a relay.

Battery Junction Box Fuse #3 ( 30 A ) provides power to the MFS for the high and low beam positions.

Central Junction Box Fuse # 16 ( 20 A ) provides power to both high beam elements in the high or Flash to pass positions on the MFS

Central Junction Box Fuses # 26 & #28 ( 10 A each ) provide power to the low beams when the MFS is in the low / normal position.

What is the problem you are having that you are asking about a headlight relay ?

Only DRL-equipped 01's have a relay for the headlamps.

All the rest are as Scully indicated.

Got a chance this AM, to get the '01 EVTM 85-1 & 85-2 uploaded.

Here are the headlamp wiring diagrams :

As Steve also indicated, the DRL relay is shown on 85-1, if the truck is not equiped with them, the wiring route on the left is what is installed.
