An I stupid?? Where are the Turn signal Fuses/Relay?????

1st of all, I am not completely dumb, really. Well, I didnt think I was atleast. LOL.
Anyway, I have found my manual and looked for the turn signal relay or even fuses but cannot locate them at all for the Turn Signals/Flashers. I have NEVER had any problem like this with any other car. Signals and flashers dont work(click or anything) and you change the relay. Done right?? For the life of me I must be a moron. It isnt that easy on my Expedition unless I am missing something.

I guess I am going to need someone to hold my hand on this fix that should be simple.

Oh yeah, The brakes lights as well. Just went out in the same week.

Thanks

1998 Expedition/EB 2wd The only reason I am posting here is becuase It looks the same as my F-150.

If both your brake lights (not including the high-mount) and the signals quit, you probably have a loose connector at the multi-function switch in the steering column.
