Engine not starting except momentarily with starting fluid, received trouble code 31 & 96 but cannot find fuel pump relay to test. Trouble began after steam cleaning engine. Also color code on wiring diagrams in chilton,haynes,mitchell do not coincide with mine, looking for factory shop manuel. !Appreciate advise. havehope

Should be next to the air filter box, on the drivers side, under a plastic casing.

thank you momalle you are right on target! Being so frustrated instead of testing in proper order according to mitchell manuel I just went out and bought relay last night installed this morning kicked right over. Unfortunatlely did'nt read your reply until this afternoon. Was looking at schematic and noticed tan and green wire goes to eec and just replaced relay on the end of it
