Truck won't start
 

On my 2000 F150, I started out with both powere windows inoperative. I pulled all the fuses and they were all OK. Traced problem to the connector in the driver's door. Re-connected the plug and the driver's window works, but the passenger window is still inop. Then I went to start the truck and in turned over but would not start. Did I do something bad by pulling fuses or did I activate the cut of mechanism? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Chuck...
