Would any one in here buy a used superchip on ebay! i have seen a few guys selling there Chips on ebay becasue they say the have sold the truck or such and now want to get rid of the chip! is it worth it or should i just buy one brand new! let me know!

I would not purchase a used Superchip on e-bay. Are you sure you will be getting the chip for the specific computer revision that you need? Sure, saving a couple of bucks is nice, but for me I prefer having the customer service that comes from buying a new one. Hopefully I wouldn't need any customer service, but it's nice to have it available.

In general, sometimes you have to be wary of what happens on EBay, but if you can find a used Superchip that is already programmed for the computer code your vehicle requries, then it can be a good bargain. If you have to pay to have it reprogrammed for your vehicle, then it's not such a good bargain anymore, and buying new usually makes more sense.

If you want to find a bargain on a used Superchip, your best bet is to look right here in the F-150 Online Classified Ads section, there's a link to it on the left side of your screen here. I would feel better buying a used chip from a member of F-150 Online than from someone at eBay. Again, you'll want to make sure the used Superchip is already programmed to match the comptuer code of your truck.
