Mike, question?
i just purchased a chip last night, and was in a generous mood because i paid extra in shiping, but im not really sure how fast it would arrive. I was just wondering how fast ups red would arrive to me in northern jersey. I looked on the ups site and they dont call any of their shipment plans blue or red. If you could clarify this, it would be greatly appriated, thanks.

UPS Red = Overnight delivery, next business day, during the week (Mon.-Fri.)
As long as we have retrieved that order from the secure server by about 2:30-3:00 PM Eastern, it usually ships the same day, and will arrive the next business day. I say "as long as we have retrieved that order from the secure server" because unlike most online ordering systems, ours is not automated, each order is processed manually and individually, by a human being, to check for anything we may need to contact the customer about, errors, etc. Your credit card is not charged until your product is actually ready to ship.
So in most cases, ordering it shipped via the UPS Red option, as long as that order is in by about 2:30-3:00 PM Eastern, it usually ships that same day and will be there the next day, weekends excluded. If somebody orders on a Saturday, it won't ship out until Monday, for example.
If you'd like to give us a quick call, we can give you your UPS Tracking# so you can verify your shipment and know exactly when it's going to arrive. I would say you could shoot us an email to get your tracking number as well if you prefer that to calling us, but in this case, by the time you get our email response back, your Superchip will already have been delivered.
