Question Should i get a superchip?

I drive a 2001 5.4 f-150 supercrew. I have it raised 6 inches with 35x15.50 superswamper tires on it, and i was wondering if i should get a superchip. I just wanted to know what it would do for my truck, would the lift and tires effect it at all? Is it worth it.

Why not get a Superchip? It will improve what you have got now.
I can think of no reason why you shouldn't get a Superchip.

Thumbs up Go for it!

I'm chipped and have a similar lift and size tire and I love it. Can't say enough good things about the chip.

Hi Broonsie,

The Superchip is always worthwhile, there isn't another product that can do as much for the vehicle's performance for that kind of cost as the Superchip does.

Another thing you should think of doing if you're going to run those 35" tires long-term is to change gear ratios, assuming you haven't already, to get the engine restored to turning the kind of rpms for a given speed that it needs to in order to operate within it's basic power band.

Yes, the Superchip will help, and if you'd like to give us a call, we'll be happy to go over all of this in detail with you, to get your performance where you want it to be for the least possible cost.

Good luck, & hope to speak with you!
