Question VCM 2 clone?

Hey everyone,

so I'm looking for a VCM2, and ebay has all original for a couple grand (which is insane). I dont wanna keep borrowing the old man's at his stealership cus he'll get in trouble, so I want my own.

Does anyone here have a chinese clone and if so, where did you get it? I want to program my own sync apim (satnav) integrated TBC and also doing LED lights.

Thanks

You'll need the dongle and buy a dealers license key for the software activation.

The dongle is pretty cheap, but you need the software key.

Yep, got the license covered and software. I am surprised there isnt a sticky or subforum dedicated to IDS/ETIS.

Not sure if you can run a Mongoose cable or not. But they are significantly cheaper than a VCM1/2

Cant, not on a '15. I looked for one at DHgate and alibaba. Found one on DHGate and looked good enough. 110 bucks shipped via DHL, so no customs/duty/import charges either.

Cant wait to get it cus I have some stuff already lined up that requires programming.
