SCT flash question

I read Sctflash, com's instruction manual for the 3000 and it says to shut off all other electric devices, fuel pump, radio etc.

In the instructions that came with the unit it doesn't mention to do this.

Anyone run into a problem by not pulling fuel pump & other fuses when custom flashing?

I turn off the heater, radio, int lights and auto headlights, turn the bluetooth on my phone off if close by. No problems.

Thanks, one more question.
If after I flash with the custom tune, I disconnect the battery for 30 min and reconnect. What will I be running? The custom or the stock?

I believe it's due to electronic interference. If it's electric, it generates a 'signal' , it's capable of interfering and being interfered with.

If it's electric, it is stealing energy from the pcm during the flash.
