What do y'all monitor?

Hey guys quick question. I'm just wondering what you guys monitor on your tuners, why are you monitoring it, and what is the base line you're looking for? Just trying to figure out the most important things I should be looking at. Thanks.

On my Gryphon CS, the only way to have a custom background is the only monitor 3 things. So I monitor average mpg, engine coolant temp, and RPMs

I guess I should have said what I monitor. Instant mpg, rpm, engine temp, and transmission temp. I just feel that I can do without instant mpg, and rpm is pretty stupid when I got a tach already. I just don't know what to replace them with.

Engine temp, Transmission temp, Voltage, and digital speedometer set to GPS. The truck speedometer is blocked out by the steering wheel at most speeds and the digital speedo is more accurate anyway. This was on my 2005

CHT, RPMs, Instant MPG and TFT. The CHT is such a good thing to monitor... If your temp is not getting up to high 190s or 204 ish your thermostat is most likely bad. Diagnosed it that way based on the info on here.

On my SGII I routinely monitor
... instant MPG (same as Speed devided by GPH at any moment) and
... average MPG (it knows speed and GPH and it knows how long at any instant MPG and so it knows knows average MPG since last reset)
... Engine Temp
... and the 4th position I often switch between speed / volts / trans temp / CHT as the mood strikes.

My tuner usualy rides in a old small camera case.
