sct x3 speedometer

I have 06 f150 5.4 installing 8inch lift, 37s, 4.88 gears, sct chip, i am wondering if there is enough adjustment thru the preset programs that come with chip to fix speedo, or do i need to get a custom tune?

Can you not put in the revs per minute or something like that? That's how it is on my X2. My speedo is dead on on 35s

yes....adjustments can be made by using the programmer to change gear size and tire size.....remember a tune must be used for the adjustments....

The X3 (part #3000) is a tuner that comes with zero tunes in it. It must have custom tunes installed. If you want the device that comes with canned tunes, and you can add custom tunes at a later date, it is actually called the SF3 (part #3015).
