You probably have a mechanical issue with the truck , either bad O2 sensor/s or bad or dirty mass air meter , vacuum leak etc, numerous things with the adaptive learning could make a car run differently after a few drive cycles that are not going to be fixed by any tuner and still will not throw a CE light

Your best bet would be to take it back to the dyno shop and let them look the truck over mechanically

O2's would throw a code...MAF has been kept clean with every oil change...no vaccum leaks>>believe me I have checked. It run's different everytime I get in it. I am looking for a stock MAF cause the one I have now is not needed and probably my achilles heal.

Took the Jet performance MAF out today and installed a Mustang MAF calibrated for 19LBS injectors today and returned to stock with the programmer. Seems to have a little better bottum end now. Got to many things going on at once...lol. Gotta finish getting the stuff for the new drop and then getting a new program from VMP.

I would buy a new one from Ford and verify that it is the correct one via your vin number, don't care how much it costs. The maf is second only to the front O2's in importance when considering performance and economy.
