Are you certain on this? I called Edge again today. Was told that the warranty is void if the sticker from Edge that has the serial number is missing, then the warranty is void. I have no such sticker on my unit. Due to that he said the only way to check which unit I have is to send it in, then they can look at it and see. Then price quoted me $90 
for a new cord.
