Corey from PHP

does anyone know if he is out of town? He emailed me the day my edge got there for the conversion and i had some information wrong on the invoice that needed correcting as far as my credit card and address. i have since emailed him 3 times over the last 4 or 5 days and sent the correct information to him and haven't heard back from him. i would call but i'm in korea so communication out of here isn't that great.

It's about time to let our customers and friends in on a little something. As many of you know, Corey suffers from migraine headaches. Over the past six months or so, she's seen an increase in their frequency and intensity. Bill and Cody have done their best to cover for her during her absences, but as some of you have found, sometimes Corey's office duties are delayed due to the fact that she's out of the office more than normal. This includes -- but is certainly not limited to -- entering and processing orders. Of course, we can't predict when migraines will strike and delays will commence, but we want to let all of our customers know that we will continue to do our best to ensure that you are taken care of as swiftly as possible.

Thank you so much for your continued support, suggestions, encouragement, patience and prayers. We'll be sure to update you if we hear anything new from the doctors.

sorry to hear that....i'm in no hurry since i'll be here for a year. I hadn't checked their site so i was just wanting to find out what was up. thank you for your response. also didn't know he is a she. oops

$25 for shipping and $60 for each tune.

Unfortunately, this is the main reason I haven't persued to upgrading my Edge to a Gryphon.

I'm all for small business, but this shop is a little too small for me.

hey 88, is the readydeskhost the support ticket system that PHP went away with? i just read that on the forum so i guess that could explain why the ticket isn't replied to. Is there anyway you can drop a note to them....obviously they have my edge and they need my updated credit card information to proceed, that is what i was trying to get to them before corey went out of the office. i read on their FB site that she was caught up with all the pending orders as of the 17th of this month but no word on mine and money still hasn't been taken out of my account. my invoice is 28 Feb 2011, $159.87, tuner would be tuned by cody and is invoice number 4174 for Douglas Russell. i'll find a way to give them a call if i can when they open back up next week, i suppose it might be the best bet but it's awful hard to call out of here. Faxing is out of the question here because we can only fax official business. do you know if Corey is back in the office? i'm not in a rush at all to get my edge, but it would be nice to know that the conversion is paid for and started so that i don't spend the money in my account that i have set aside to pay for the upgrades and that my 380$ piece of equipment is accounted for. i also realize she was out of the office for a bit with the migranes, her computer crashed but didn't lose anything on her hard drive, and they will be out of the office this week. thank you for any help you might be able to provide....might have just been bad timing on my part, which seems to be my life's motto. i do appologize for being a bit impatient but when someone has something of yours and you cannot get in touch with them to find any sort of status or anything it gets you wondering. like i said i'm not in a rush to get it back, heck they can take up to 10 months to get it back to me if they want, but i just want to know what the status is and pay them for my upgrades.

the live chat system works better then email or phone, i used it about 3 times when they were having problems with my credit card
