PHP contact?

Anyone have an alternative way to get a hold of PHP? Sorry for posting here but nothing else has worked so far.

I've had an open ticket since end of October, been emailing once every week or 2, been updating my support ticket once every week or 2, and have posted on the PHP forum as well as called them. No response. 3 months without a response is not acceptable in any business, no excuses. I see others posting that they are getting their custom tunes and their product, so I know they are still around.

All I want is my Gryphon to work with the canned tunes.

Matt

Go to their website www.gopowerhungry.com. On the right side of the home page is "Chat live with a sales agent online". Click on that. I think they operate the online chat from 10-3. I've never tried to call or email PHP, but I can always get ahold of Cody or Corey when I use the online chat.

Thanks, that I haven't tried actually.

Shotgunz; as per my first post, I have had an open ticket in their support system since october and I have frequently updated it.

I'm sorry - missed that part in your first post.

Please excuse the interruption (though others may not have known about the support system so some good may come from it).

I just spent the past 2 weeks trying to get a hold of them as well. The 2 out of around 12 times I called the guy who answered was in a completely different state than the office and could offer no help. I resorted to sending emails to every email account listed on the site multiple times and only just got a response yesterday.

Just keep sending emails again and again, it seems to be the only way. I don't know why they even list a phone number. They must be quite busy is my only guess.

I would love a Gryphon CTS, but their lack communication makes me nervous about purchasing. I guess I will bite the bullet some day.

Trust me, it is more than worth the wait. I ordered my CS the day after Christmas. PHP and Edge were closed the following week due to the holidays, understandable. PHP promptly shipped my unit the following Monday and then Georgia got hit with a massive ice storm. My programmer was suck at a UPS hub in Atlanta for over 2 weeks. Corey from PHP kept me updated and continually apologized for the delay even though she could due nothing and weather was out of her control. I finally got my unit on the 18th and immediately sent my hex code in for my custom tunes. I was told 3-4 weeks for them and exactly 3 weeks later had my tunes. It would have been worth a 3 month wait IMO. I have nothing but great things to say about PHP. And there tunes are AWESOME!!!

I agree with 88, Php is just very busy. Espeicailly if something comes up as a result of Corey's medical issues. Taken from PHP's website:
NOTICE -- It's about time to let our customers and friends in on a little something. As many of you know, Corey suffers from migraine headaches. Over the past six months or so, she's seen an increase in their frequency and intensity. Bill and Cody have done their best to cover for her during her absences, but as some of you have found, sometimes Corey's office duties are delayed due to the fact that she's out of the office more than normal. This includes -- but is certainly not limited to -- entering and processing orders. Of course, we can't predict when migraines will strike and delays will commence, but we want to let all of our customers know that we will continue to do our best to ensure that you are taken care of as swiftly as possible.

Thank you so much for your continued support, suggestions, encouragement, patience and prayers. We'll be sure to update you if we hear anything new from the doctors.
Another thing you guys can try is post on their Facebook page. I have had luck with reaching Corey that way before http://www.facebook.com/powerhungryperformance?ref=ts

Busy or not you should always maintain good communication with your customers. Its not hard to pick up the phone or get a call waiting "answer in the order they came in" sytem. Emails are quick reply too. I never email because there is never a response, you just have to call then redial redial redial redial redial (because of the lack of a queue on the phone system). I believe all orders go through cory's email which mean your general email probably gets skimmed by.

FYI I got a hold of bill via the online chat, and he tweaked the canned tune slightly and the issue disappeared.

thanks for the tip.

how true, there is a proper way to run a buisiness, then there is getting by, you can only reuse the same excuses so many times before it comes up and bites you...

Don't think it has really hurt business or they are just "getting by", If anything PHP's fanbase and business has grown. They just served customer #3,000. This in a little under 3 years with a 3 man operation, which could explain the toughness in getting ahold of someone there, which is unfortunate. But there products and work speak for themselves, IMO.
