I must admit, I was a little concerned about the wait time for custom tunes through PHP. I had heard some on here say they consistently took longer than expected. I got my CS on 1/18 and sent my HEX code into PHP that same day. I was told 3-4 weeks for my custom calibrations. When I woke up this morning I had an email from Bill that my 3 custom tunes were ready for download, exactly 3 weeks from the day I sent in my HEX code. Couldn't be happier with the customer service from PHP. Not only did they deliver my calibrations when they said they would, I've also never had a problem getting in touch with someone to have a question answered. Nothing but good things to say about PHP. If your considering getting a custom tune or two, take my advice and consider PHP.
