Sad thing is they charge you when you place the order...I would tell them to cancel and get my money back. They stated " 8 to 12 weeks" and it's Jan 2011...that is very poor business.

Just got of the phone with Mike Troyer (he called me), very nice & knowledgeable man, he talked more then 2hrs.
Assured me that my "custom tunes" were on there way, two or three days at the most.
We'll see.

10 month wait?? Thats ridiculous. I just ordered my Gryphon CS and was told to expect my custom tunes no later than 3 weeks. I understand it takes time to write these tunes/files but 10 months is unacceptable!!!

i guess if he's spending 2 hours talking to each person and still doing shop stuff that would definitely slow him down. Seems like he's almost old school but 9 months is sure a long time.

I havent heard from Troyer. Don't matter any more - today I traded my truck for a new XL + 8K!
And I won't be getting a tuner from Troyer.

It's sad cuz he used to be top notch not only with work but with customer support.. I am going to hopefully be ordering a programmer with custom tunes soon, I think i am going to go with vmp, it seems they have a great reputation.

Sounds like 2 hour phone calls may have something to do with tunes taking 9 months to get!
