Chip with CAI

Maybe a dumb question but, can I run a performance chip AND a cold air intake?

Hello.

Yes. Refer to Q&A #4 ...

For yer truck - a programmer is required - there is no place for a 'chip' to plug into.

I would get custom tunes for the intake. Honestly the stock makes the truck feel brand new on my stock wheels again and ive got 35s and an fx4. I had an intake and swapped it for the stock one again. Do the gotts mod instead!

Didnt regear for the 35's ive got 3.73's in there and they hold up fine. Most people dont regear for just a level and 35s.

but i noticed a significant increase over the cai and the stock. Stock > cai. With custom tunes, let someone else be the judge
