PHP CS Ordered

I ordered a PHP CS a couple weeks ago and was wondering the best way to find out the status of my order? I posted something on the PHP site and have not heard anything, my order form said shipment was monday if everything went ok, I know they are very busy. Just wanted to find out where its at in the process.

Thanks

They ARE busy (right now they're moving their office, which probably won't be complete until Tuesday). After that, things should pick up pretty well. They've just been joined by someone who can take much of the "diesel load" off of Bill's shoulders and he'll probably help with phone or forum queries too.

I know Edge has the CS units on backorder, so they did not get a shipment of them in that they were expecting. I'm sure that is going to delay you getting yours a bit. Looks like the CS and CTS units are going to be very popular.

Placed my order friday night. I got too excited and didn't read the bottom of the paragraph that said not to place orders until 5/4. I'm really looking forward to the tunner.

Ordered my CS 4/26 and I will have it on 5/6. Im not expecting my custom tunes for a while though. My plan is just to run the stock 87 TOW since I have a CAI on my truck.

I have done a lot of reading about the tunners. From what I have read event he canned tnes will improve your truck. Although I have never used one, I'm figuring it should be easy enough to switch between tunes and stock. I haven't read anything about possible damage just by switching tunes under most circumstances. I have read the occasional disabled vehicles etc.

If I'm wrong here please correct me.

Switching between tunes takes about 20 seconds and does no harm. It is the same as downloading a program on your PC. The canned tunes are definitly worth running until you get the custom tunes. I ran canned tunes for 31,000 miles before buying custom tunes. When I bought my unit, custom tunes for it did not even exist.
