Got my Gryphon setup with my custom tunes but I have still had a lean condition show up in my DTCs. Ran the truck for about 10 minutes after setting the gryphon to my performance tune and installing my CAI. Had about 4 lean DTCs show up in the first ten minutes. Whats up with this? The only reason I went to a custom tune is so my truck wouldnt be running lean.

 

Is it possibly you damaged the MAF sensor when installing your CAI?

 

Dont think so, Bill at PHP thought maybe I put it in backwards but its correct. Hes gonna change a few things for me hopefully that works.

 

bad O2 sensor maybe. how many miles on the truck, you ever change the O2s.

you may be do. normally a bad O2 makes it default to a richer a/f, but run it past bill, see what he thinks.
