EDGE with CAI

EDGE with CAI

Will it do any damage if I plug an edge into my truck just to test it before I buy? I have a CAI and dont have time to take it off before I buy one tomorrow. I dont wont to miss out on the deal. Thanks

No, not for that short time, even if it is a little lean, but with an 06, you don't run near the risk of being lean as an 04 or 05.

Ya I have an AirRaid CAI already installed and am going to look at an Edge Tomorrow a guy is selling one for $200. I just want to make sure it works then Im going to send it out for Gryponizing.

You should be straight. I ran my Edge and CAI for a bit before I upgrade to a Gryphon and custom tunes.

i never had a problem when hooked my edge up,when i already had a intake and exhaust

Hello!

Wellsir, you wouldn't, because:

- Yer MAF is in it's own venturi tube (old-style truck) - no MAF TF changes
- AFI's (3") were one of the better-designed intakes
- Exhaust does not matter w.r.t tuning, no needed correction
