Hi guys..I just wanted some other experiences to base my own PHP experience off of. I am pretty sure it was 12-15-10 when I ordered my Gryphon. It took a little while, but not too long to get it in the mail. I hooked it up and got them my HEX very quickly. Now I know that they have gone through some tough times with personal issues, but I am just wondering how long is normal to wait for my custom tunes? That money has long been gone, and I am ready to cash in.

 

Please, we have had this one going, we really do not need another thread of this type right now.

If you ordered it 12-15-10, then you should expect it around March 2011, so you have a little over a year.

Just messing with you. I wouldn't worry unless it's been 12+ weeks. As it sits now, you've only gone about 5 weeks. It's probably gonna take at least 2 months, not to mention they are a little backed up due to family emergency. Enjoy the edge while you wait.

In order to access "order status" you need to be a member.

 

First off...Sorry. Obviously if I knew there was info to answer my question in another thread...I would not have started a new one. Secondly, I am a memeer on the PHP Forum and have used the Order Status feature. All I know is that my order is in queue. I think everyone can relate to being a little antsy when it comes to acutally receiving mods for your truck, especially when you have paid nearly 500 bucks for one and have been reading about how great these custom tunes are. I am just ready to have them. But I will be patient. I am in no way bashing PHP, with all the praise of them I have read, I trust them and don't want to rush anything along...just wanted time frames of others experiences. I will hurry up and wait now...

I appreciate your patience; I know it's not easy. Truly. Just found your post on the PHP forum and asked Bill about it. I'll go reply over there.

Honestly, customers have waited anywhere from 2 to 14 weeks (I think that was the longest, but that is NOT the norm, thank goodness!)

JNC, I think you were being a little conservative. I gave someone a similar reply recently, so your post cracked me up.

 

Thanks for the reply...and after reading the other thread that was closed, I would like to apologize for ever even starting this one. I guess I am lazy a lot of the time and when I have a question it just seems easier to start a new thread opposed to searching to find that it has already been answered(usually countless times). I honestly don't think I ever soaked in that it NORMALLY takes 4-6 weeks...much less with me ordering right at Christmas and then all the other personal things going on. I am enjoying the *Edge*, and again would like to say sorry. Thanks!

It was just sort of ironic that when I looked at the forum, your question was the thread was just above the other one.

 

Your apology is totally unnecessary, but I thank you for being so thoughtful to offer it. If I'd had internet access while in Missouri (Hartville has a population of 800... technology is not high on their list of necessities ), I could have kept up with the PHP forum posts, but now I'm way behind. We're just trying to juggle everything that needs to be done, and driveability issues and such have taken precedence. I'm hoping to get caught up in my Order Update Request section within a week or so. :o
