The 2004+ F150s do not use a chip but a programmer. Look into the SCT Xcal3 custom tuned by a reputable tuner.

 

Do advance search on programers there is to many treads on this topic, I read great feed back on Troyer & PHP. I bought the SCT X3 & a custom tune from VMP, VMP custome tune has woken up my truck! I'm one happy customer.
