EVO question!

My son, the gear head of the family, was going to change out the spark plugs in my truck for me. That is until the whole ugliness of the 5.4 3v irritation came into play. Anyway, didnt work but his friend didnt plug everything back up and when they started the truck back up, it was missing and check engine light came on. My son reconnected everything and it then ran fine but engine light was still on. Son didnt know that the EVO would also clear the code which resulted in not hooking everything up. They took the truck to O'Reilly's unplugged EVO, put O'Reilly's code machine on and cleared code and then plugged EVO back on. Should I be concerned about this? Should I reprogram to stock and then load back up? I dont think I have noticed any difference from how it drove before and the EVO displays seem to be ok.

Ok I figured what the heck, returned it to stock and then set it up again at Level 2. Its probably just me, but it feels strong again sure it was a mental thing.

Clearing the codes did not change any of the programming. It is fine.
