Just wnet to reprogram my 01 Expd, using my first gen (EEF2000) programmer. Got a message saying it needs updating, to call Edge. Upon calling Edge, I was informed they don't really support this "obsolete" model. They gave me several options, 1) send in to reflash for 99.00, 2) Upgrade to a EEF2001, for 150.00, or 3) Upgrade to a CTS for 400.00. They couldn't guarante the reflash would work, so 1 was out. I decided on option 2, as I couldn't justiify the 400 for a touch screen. Figure an Evolution for 150.00 is a pretty good deal.
Prety good customer service, as far as I am concerned.
