There shouldn't be any problems.

corey, you may want to rethink the 93. I have the same tuner on my 03 and have been using performance/93 for 2 yrs now [even through $4-$5 a gallon gas]. Remember higher octane fuel burns slower with advanced timing. I get 1.5 mpg more in the performance setting and can have more fun with the gas pedal [heavy right foot does kill the 1.5 but puts me back to were I was without it].

Corey, I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what you are asking.

Are you asking what the difference is between a tow and performance tune? If so, there are a lot of differences. But, a tow tune is actually a pretty good all-around tune that should give you good low speed power and it should be fairly "kind" on your transmission.
