Hey, Corey was out with the flu and then subsequently ended up with pneumonia as well so she was out for a while and they were really understaffed. I believe she's back but they are probably trying really hard to play catch up. I had e-mails that weren't going through to them recently and I yielded good results getting through to Corey via the php forum. Maybe go over there and shoot her a PM.

Just be patient with PHP.
Corey's still under the weather.

I apologize about not returning your e-mails. Today was my first full day back in the office, and here it is 12:30AM, and I'm still at my desk coughing like a fiend.

Today was mostly spent processing orders and programming Gryphons in between phone calls. I haven't yet tackled my e-mail or PHP Forum PMs, but I hope to be pretty well through them by the end of the week.

If there's an emergency, please contact me tomorrow. If it can wait, I'm sure that you'll receive an e-mail reply within the next few days.

Please know that we truly do appreciate everyone's patience. There are definitely many benefits to only having two people run PHP, but it sure is tough when one of them is out of the office for an extended period of time...

Hi,

What is the normal amount of time it takes for you all to make a tune and send a tuner out?
I was wanting to get one with a tune already on it, and was wondering, how long it takes to get one.
I was figuring on about 3-4 weeks.

Thanks.

If you send an Edge to be converted, they will load the tune into it before returning it and that will take maybe 4 weeks now? (This really depends on their workload and other factors).

But, if you order a Gryphon directly from them, Corey tries to ship it to you within 48 hours with canned tunes that you can use while you are waiting on your custom tunes. That's the way I'd do it.

If you are going to order a new gryphon.
1. Goto www.powerhungryperformance.com fill out the order form and request your tune.
2. Wait to get the gryphon. Then when you get it install it and get your hex/calibration code in to them. So they can write your tunes.
3. Wait for the custom tunes but in the mean time there are canned/generic tunes on the gryphon that you can use also.
4. You'll get an email saying your tunes are done then use pegasus to load the tunes on to your gryphon using your computer.
5. As far as time it takes they have that info on their website.
Also read through the sticky's at the top to understand more how the process works.
