Would I be ok to bolt on a new exhaust with a Edge? From my understanding as long as its past the cats then I should be good to go. Is that right? Or would I need to upgrade to a gryphon to have a custom tune made for it (which I will be doing anyways).

 

As long as it's a cat-back you should be fine with the Edge stock tune. If you go farther (headers, true duals, high flow cats, etc.) you'll need custom tunes.

 

No, you're fine with pretty much anything back of the cats. Have fun with the new exhaust!

I have the edge and the SISO MBRP exhaust and all is fine. I ordered custom tunes from PHP, but it was to get a tune written for towing my travel trailer. The edge itself on level 3 with the exhaust was a nice improvement over stock. I have a 2006 supercrew Lariat 4x4.
