Simple XCal2 Question - Please Help

The dealer reflashed my PCM and I've had new tunes written. I loaded the new tunes on the XCal2. My question is:

Will the new stock tune overwrite the old stock tune on the Xcal2 when I flash the PCM with a new tune?

I should know this but I'm drawing a complete blank. Thanks for the help.

If your truck was tuned to stock when the dealer did the reflash, you still have a "stock" tune in the truck, right? So, if you flash a new custom tune, won't the Xcal save the new stock tune as usual?

That should be the case, but maybe the documentation for the XCal is not clear. As long as the truck was at stock for the reflash, he should be golden!

Thanks. That is what I thought. BTW - I loaded one of the new tunes this morning.
