2006 F-150 with a 5.4L
I would like to know some custom tuning options.
Example like gas mileage, towing, and performance wise.

Increase of 1-2 mpgs on performance tunes. On towing maybe 1 mpg. Depends how heavy your foot is.
RWHP depends which tuner,programmer, and what octane gas.

Php's custom 87 oct perf tune on the gryphon woke my truck up.

Milage I am getting? Still kinda in "hot rod" mode.
