Hey Folks,

We just received some verification of dates during which Bill will be out of town live tuning, so I wanted to let everyone know since our phones have been ringing off the hook -- literally, we just added an additional line!

Bill will be out of town Friday, March 27 through Friday, April 3. During this time, he will be unreachable by phone, and due to his tight schedule, I'm not sure how many e-mails he'll be able to answer. Our office, however, will be open as usual.

Please also note that any orders for Phoenix modules, F.U. Chips, FU2 Flex Chips, Minotaur Automotive Tuning Software Packages, FICM reprograms, or PCM reprograms that are received after Wednesday, March 25, will not be completed until he returns.

Orders for Gryphon programmers will be processed as usual and should ship within 48 hours of receipt.

Last night he finished eight customers' tunes, so he's really making a dent in them. He'll be working on them this week as well, and as far as I know, he'll be taking invoices with him so he can custom tune at night in the hotel. Keep checking your e-mail!

Hey Cory. you haven't answered me back either here or to my E-Mails, but I was wondering if my Gryphon has been shipped out yet ?

 

I processed your UPS label about an hour ago! BTW, for anyone else who sent in an upgrade, they will all be finished before Bill leaves. About half of them were shipped on Monday, and the other half should be shipped today... may have a few stragglers go out tomorrow.

 

So, when will it or did it actually ship and can you e-Mail me a tracking number ?

 

Today. It should be picked up this afternoon.

Me, too! We just trademarked the FU2 chip because there are some companies (I won't name names, but most people who know us know who we mean ) who we could just see coming out with a product called FU2.

Hey Corey, I shot you an email about my tunes. Not sure if you received it or have had a chance to check into it yet. No hurry, just checking that you got it.

 

I've seen it but have yet to open it! Always crazy on days when Bill's going out of town.

I just typed that as if the other days aren't crazy. What was I thinking?

 

Hey Corey. Ive sent a couple of emails checking on my Tunes no rush im just worried my work email might be blocking you even though i have you on my safe senders list. Its been known to do that.
