No, we have not fallen off the face of the earth -- though after moving all that furniture, including an upright piano, it sounds pretty good right now!

As most of you know, we were out of town for several days helping Billy's mom. It took a little longer than we anticipated. Now we've found out that something's screwy with our main phone line. Our fax line, which is totally separate, seems to be working, so your guess is as good as mine as to the issue. We're working on that.

Billy and I are doing our best to get caught up. I have 26 PMs on our forum alone! I believe he's gotten through his e-mails, but since everything not addressed specifically to bill@phptune.com comes to MY mailbox, it will take longer for me to get through all of them.

I'm shipping seven programmers today -- those orders that I received before we went out of town and were waiting for our Edge order to arrive. While glancing through my e-mails, I did see that there are several more orders pending, and I'll try to get them processed today so that they ship tomorrow. I can't promise anything since the sheer quantity is incredible, but I will work my butt off to get done what I can.

patience is a virtual...we know your busy so whenever you get it done thats fine. I rather do buisness with people that care and wait for it then people i dont know and have it next day.

 

Sounds like maybe mine is done, can't wait to get it back, but I will if I must LOL!

 

So it is not just me. I was getting concerned my emails were not getting through.

I forgot they were closed for "the move" too and I had read about that somewhere.

Are you a member of our forum? The only reason I ask is that e-mails from and to us are getting lost in cyberspace with very few bounce back messages. I have a ton of e-mails, so I'm not saying this happened, but I can guarantee that I'll get a PM.

 

Just curious on what you guys have to offer for the X3 for the v6s. I know you mentioned that the website would be updated to reflect that you are now an SCT shop as well, but I know you've been super busy lately.

All I really need is some tunes, but I would be willing to ship my programmer to you guys to see if Bill can get my datalog info off of the programmer. Tried 6 times with SCT techs and they were no help, but they did offer to reflash the programmer for $200 (I don't think so).

Anyway, no big rush on this, bracket racing season is still over a month away.

 

Got the E-Mail with the invoice for mine, it says "Ship 3/23/09" I was hopeing mine was one of the 7 that were already shipped !
