xcal 2 with a troyer tune for my 2006 5.4 what do yall think about? is there anyting better? also im thinkin about buying a used xcal2 and havin them reprogam it they want $225 for the reprogram what do yall think?

If you can get the unit cheap enough, that's good. Troyer is as good as there is for programming, just takes a long time to get the tunes. I think all three of the better tuners are very busy, so they all take time.

 

I have an xcal2 from Troyer. Used it on my 06. Been to their shop for dyno days/pulls and a stage II install on the 06 ( probably about 5 trips down to Covington total between the 05 and 06 ). Nothin but a great experience with these folks.
