Part # confusion, Roush/Hypertech

I'm looking@ the Roush CAI for my 07, They also list the Htech programmer#402625 for $260 that will (Compliment) The CAI, when I search Htech's site all they list is the #41043, Roush can't have a special Htech program just for them....Can they? My concern if it's true is the Roush programmer would be more conservative than the Htech's.

Just hung up the phone with Roush, The programmers are the same, The Roush CAI has a built in (removable) Restrictor to prevent a lean condition when running no programmer. When a programmer is installed the plate can be removed for more gains. Most here may know this already but I thought I would share. P.S The 22 HP/32TQ Gain form the CAI was measured with the restrictor in place and no programmer. I'm a bit skeptical.
