Pulled my tuner out of the truck dealer reflashed it and now programmer wil not read truck it will work on other f150s just not mine talked to dealer about reflashing it again they said the ecm may not have enuff room anyone heard of this or is this away for them to deny messing with something
Yea the power gains/ tuneability is great with the PREDATOR....
Did you load trucks ECM with the saved original backup before the dealer reflashed it..?

yea it will download original says reading at 100% but whenit goes to upload says error cant read vehicle then the truck willnot start unless you disconnect battery and reset computer
Are you sure it will actually write a tune to other f 150's or just read them ?
yes it will read the tune in your truck after the dealer reflashed it, but if you did not load the "ORIGINAL BACKUP" into your trucks ecm before the dealer reflashed, then your predator is vin locked , thinks you are trying to tune a second vehicle..
If you are the original owner/have proof of purchase/ or have the tool registered in your name with them, then all you have to do is call Diablo customer service and they will give you a "force tune" combination to enter into the predator and it should work...

sent it back tool was unlocked they said everything was fine programmed a friends truck and then pulled it back out of his it says the last tune installed was original backup

Get the new strategy and ask diablosport if they have a calibration for that available on their device.
....but also, maybe your battery is weak or you had an electrical draw while trying to program the ecm...
If the battery is weak, it can cause issues, Ford even has a TSB that states/suggests that their techs put a battery charger on when reflashing useing the factory Ford flash equipment, so you can see that a fully charged battery is critical....
I drive mine for about 20-30 minutes before I reflash to ensure the battery has seen some charge...

I will tell you from experience that some calibrations handle communications a little differently. When we did the code for the Expeditions, we ran into communications issues with the same firmware that worked on the F150s with no difficulty.
At this point, I'd say this is where you're at. The programmer is having difficulty establishing or maintaining communications with the PCM due to some change introduced in the latest reflash.
I don't do anything with Diablo, but I'll try to get you pointed in the right direction.
thanks for all the responses and help i dont know it maybe a battery thing because i unhooked the battery cable let it set to reset computer and it programmed right away that is the only thing i did different this time now to get it on a dyno and do some tinkering already have the s&b and magnaflo si/do now custom tune and enuff money for now
