Have you tried ctrl+i to get the info off....I still could not get the live link to work for me but i did use the x3 to datalog just fine and got my onfo off just fine

Hmm ctril+I...nice of SCT to forget to put that in the manual, just like they don't tell you how to format the card in the programmer with ctrl+f, took a phonecall to SCT to figure that out.
