Thanks for the new tunes and as always the customer service is top notch.

 

X2 on that!

I just received an "87 economy" tune and it loaded into the Gryphon and then into the PCm without a hitch!

It's great, isn't it, when you get value for your money?

And, doesn't it feel good to work with people who obviously care? Corporate America could take a few lessons from Bill and Corey. (Sorry Corey, there's no "Margarita" smilies).

I am jumping in here too!! Bill & Corey, Thank you so much for the awesome customer service and an excellent product! The black hole now feels like it has the power it needs to drive out of one....um I don't even have my custom tunes yet and am already hooked for life. Thank you two so very much!!

 

LOL That's okay. Last night was the 11 year anniversary of our first date, and friends of ours took the kids for awhile while we went out. I had my share of margaritas -- and two really excellent shots, too!

 

You are so very welcome! Bill's been trying to get caught up -- again! -- on custom tunes. Nice to know that even though the wait sucks, it seems to be worth it. We really appreciate our customers -- and their patience! :o

 

Just to throw in my two cents.

I too had a good experience with Bill and Corey. Got my Gryphon quickly and install was a breeze.

They said my custom tunes would be a few weeks out and I'm ok with that. At least I have the canned ones in the mean time.

Since I seem to piddle away several hours a day doing absolutly nothing maybe I can give those hours to Bill to help him get caught up...

 

We'll take 'em!
